Whether you're looking to lose weight, tone up, gain strength or improve for a specific sport, I aim to offer a friendly and personalised service to every client, no matter what your current level of fitness or experience. And having recently recovered my own figure and fitness after childbirth, I have a particular understanding of the needs of new mothers.
The right exercise program and diet can make you fitter, healthier and happier, but I know how hard it can be to find the time and to motivate yourself - I'll work with you at home, work, or your gym to form a manageable plan with achievable goals, and monitor your progress along the way. I'm YMCA qualified, REPs registered, fully insured, and a member of the London Academy of Personal Trainers.
